1. Review minutes , Feb, 16, 2005 In section 5d, Registry
Software, Ntrack should be Minutes approved, moved by Gloria Murawsky

Announcement
– RTAC Coordinator has been
hired. Her name is Amy
McCray. She is .5 FTE,
is a Froedtert employee and her background is in
Risk
Management and she is a certified EMT. She
officially starts April 4th.
2. STAC/RTAC coordinator meeting Marianne
Peck gave update on STAC meeting: Information
a.
Trauma registry – have begun implementation
conference with Website collector. Beta testing
will take place with Am. College of Surgeons
Hospitals (Levels 1 & 2). Discussing how level
3
& 4 hospitals will have access to their own data.
If
they transfer pt. to Level 1 or 2, those facilities
will also be getting data on same patient; trying
not to be redundant.
4-6 month window to get
everything in place.

3 training
module for WEEP, “Start”, “Jump Start”
and a table top
exercise.
b.
Potential
funding for train the trainers.
c.
Pediatric
readiness packets – Most of packets are
available
electronically. Call either Susan LaFlash
or Tom Brazelton.
d.
EMS Needs
assessment – Hard & electronic copies
can share
aggregate data, not individual service data.
PI & Education Committees and may want to look
at
it. Amy, Andrea & Holly will go trough it.

hospitals in region 3 to be designated so far are:
Children’s,
Froedtert, Oconomowoc, and St. Nicholas
in
EMS
Medical directors signing and sending back triage/
transport guidelines.
Those with number “1” next to
name on handout have signed.
3. Action items and Tasks Andrea led committee
through RTAC Objective handout:
for subcommittees a. Satisfied.
b.
WEEP training –
33% of transporting units must have Education Committee
80% of staff trained by Aug. 31st. Then another
33%
trained by 12/31. If
some services have done part of
training, they must do rest of curriculum. It is not
known if other training programs satisfy WEEPP training.
There is 2
hr. multimedia as part of training.
